There’s no single right way to package a Becoming You engagement with your client — this calculator just gives you a starting point, built from the same session structure and range coaches are already using, so you’re not structuring or pricing from a blank page.
Four packages, chosen by outcome — what the client walks away with, who it’s right for, and which parts of the Becoming You methodology it draws on. Shown as 1:1 coaching; cohort and workshop formats are coming soon.
Pick the shape that fits this client — each one below builds on the last.
A focused engagement built around the Values Bridge — the entry point for nearly every coaching relationship. You'll know exactly what you value most, and exactly where your life isn't matching it yet.
Right forA client who wants clarity but not a long, multi-assessment process — a stand-alone engagement, a workshop or retreat, or the first step before going deeper. As one coach puts it, Values Bridge is "the lowest hanging fruit, the thing that people just get."
UtilizesValues Exercises Toolkit (Six Squared, Whose Life, Alpha & Omega, Values Solitaire), The Values Bridge, the Authenticity Gap.
Approximately 4 sessions
You'll know what you value and what you're naturally built to do, so you stop chasing roles that don't fit.
Right forClients stuck on direction — especially younger or early-career clients still exploring.
UtilizesThe Values Bridge, YouScience, the Career Traits Compass.
Approximately 6 sessions
You'll close the gap between how you see yourself and how the world actually experiences you, without losing sight of what you value.
Right forAlready-employed clients, leaders, or anyone who wants outside perspective on strengths or leadership. A poor fit for someone who just went through a workplace 360, or who isn't willing to ask colleagues to fill one out again.
UtilizesThe Values Bridge, PIE360 — feedback aggregated from up to 40 people, producing a Self-Awareness Score.
Approximately 6 sessions
Everything above, synthesized into an integrated Becoming Blueprint. You'll walk away with three viable paths forward.
Right forClients with a larger directional question and the time for a multi-month process — an early-career grad deciding what's next, a mid-career pivot, or a senior professional who's miserable and exploring a real change. Less of a fit for a time-strapped executive who can't commit to a longer arc.
UtilizesThe Values Bridge, YouScience, the Career Traits Compass, PIE360, Megatrends, and the Opportunity Engine.
Approximately 10 to 12 sessions
Turn the package above into a real session-by-session agenda — reflect it exactly, or adjust any stage’s count to fit where this client is starting from.
Jump to one of the four packages, or start from Your Full Blueprint and adjust the count for each stage to match what this client actually needs. The highlighted cells are yours to set.
Reflecting: Your Full Blueprint
| Session type | Sessions | Session details |
|---|---|---|
| Values Bridge | The universal entry point. Full values results — core, moderate, and peripheral — plus the Authenticity Gap behind them. Session examples:
| |
| Aptitudes (YouScience) | Exploratory evidence for direction, not a prescription — best after the Values Bridge, and best for younger or early-career clients still figuring out what fits. Session examples: a guided YouScience debrief (the platform report is dense, so bring your own framing or support materials); optionally paired with a light Enneagram check-in. Homework: complete the YouScience assessment before the session. | |
| Workplace Knowledge (CTC & PIE360) | External, workplace-facing evidence. The Career Traits Compass locates the client on the individual-contributor-to-leader spectrum; PIE360 gathers real feedback from up to 40 people. Best for already-employed clients and leaders — not a fit for someone who just went through a workplace 360. Session examples: a Career Traits Compass debrief for leadership or career-change work; a PIE360 debrief, often paired with an Odyssey Planning exercise. Homework: complete the Career Traits Compass; send the PIE360 survey to raters well ahead of the session and review the report before you meet. | |
| Blueprint Building (Megatrends & Opportunity Engine) | Megatrends and the Opportunity Engine, pulled together with every other tool into one integrated Becoming Blueprint — three viable paths forward, not a single answer. Session examples: an Odyssey Planning exercise; a synthesis session that pulls every prior tool into the Blueprint. Homework: Megatrends worksheet and Opportunity Engine homework, completed before the synthesis session. | |
| Additional | Whatever this client’s history calls for — the Four Horsemen, action-planning, or a 1:1 follow-up after a cohort or workshop wraps. Session examples: the Four Horsemen exercise; a dedicated action-planning session; a follow-up call two to three months after the engagement ends. Homework: a personalized action plan, built together in the session — there’s no fixed template, so tailor it to what came up. | |

Set your per-session rate for 1:1 delivery, see the package total, and check it against the market.
Set what you charge per session. Plan for $100–$500 — personalize it based on the client, their industry, and your own experience and market.
Coaching through a partner pipeline (like the IvyWise Purpose Practicum) — its own rate and fee structure will be shared separately. This section is for independent 1:1 packages.
A per-session rate in context — how it compares to what career, life, and executive coaches generally charge (2026 market data).
For context, 2026 market rates run roughly: general career coaching $80–$225/session, life coaching $100–$300/session, and executive or specialized coaching $220–$600+/session. The global average across all coach types is $234/session, and $297/session in North America (ICF Global Coaching Study, as cited by LeadersAdapt and Coachilly). Treat these as market context, not a Becoming You recommendation.
Not a fixed answer. Session count and rate should flex with the client’s goals, your market, and how much of the full arc — Understanding Your Values alone versus Your Full Blueprint — they’re signing up for.
Talk it through with your mentor or pod before you quote. And keep an eye on the FAQ: our anonymous coach pricing survey is still gathering responses, and we’ll fold real coach ranges in here as they come back.
